Immediate opening: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Washington County, Ohio. You will be based in a toolroom. Requirements: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron On the job you will handle: • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
