Horizontal milling machine operator wanted in Harrison County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Harrison County, Iowa. Requirements: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery The role involves: • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
