Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread baker in Highland, Scotland. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks On the job you will handle: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
