Surface coating operator — Kittson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Kittson County, Minnesota. You will be based at a powder coating unit. You will pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
