Great opportunity: pipe lagger (Texas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a pipe lagger in Live Oak County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings You should have: • Working-at-height certificate an advantage • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
