The role involves run load and overload tests with test weights; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes. Ideal candidate: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
