Great opportunity: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Madison County, Tennessee. On the job you will handle: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
