Immediate opening: packing line operative (Wales)

Now hiring: we are hiring a packing line operative in Vale of Glamorgan, Wales. You will work at a warehouse dispatch bay. Ideal candidate: • Attention to detail for date codes and labelling • Basic numeracy for counting and recording quantities The role involves: • Seal cartons with a tape gun or hot-melt glue • Separate rejects and re-pack faulty units • Record production counts on the shift sheet • Apply labels, barcodes and batch codes to each pack • Operate the filling and sealing machine on the line • Inspect packs for leaks, dents or damaged seals Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
