Quality assurance assistant wanted in Calhoun County

Now hiring: we are hiring a quality assurance assistant in Calhoun County, Texas. You will work in an electronics assembly workshop. What we are looking for: • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade Your main tasks: • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
