Aluminium tig welder — Sabuwa

Vacancy available: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Sabuwa, Katsina State. You will work at a stainless steel fabrication shop. Day-to-day duties: • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator You should have: • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height 5+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Contact us to fix an interview.
