Concrete pump mate — Gusau

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a concrete pump mate in Gusau, Zamfara State. You will work on a building construction site. The role involves patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout; strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab; fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish. Requirements: • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
