Argon welding operator • Monroe County, Kentucky

We are recruiting: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Monroe County, Kentucky. You will work on a structural steel site. On the job you will handle: • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding You should have: • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces Rotating shifts.
