Urgent requirement: we are hiring an articulated lorry driver in Caerphilly County Borough, Wales. You will work at a busy distribution depot. Day to day you will present documents at weighbridges and check posts; reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays; couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock; check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels; log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards. Ideal candidate: • Valid digital tachograph card • Confident with manual handling and load securing • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around £120 per day, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
