Immediate opening: we are hiring a roofing foreman in Grainger County, Tennessee. The role involves: • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights • Insulate and ventilate the roof void • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses You should have: • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • A good head for heights and steady balance • Willing to work outdoors in all weather On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
