Requirements: • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day The role involves insulate and ventilate the roof void; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater; set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing; install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
