Now hiring: we are hiring a canteen cook in Stirling, Scotland. The job is at a roadside dhaba. On the job you will handle: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Six days a week, one day off.
