We are recruiting: we are hiring an auto painter in Randolph County, Arkansas. The role involves: • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters Ideal candidate: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE 2+ years on the tools preferred.
