Join our team: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Dunklin County, Missouri. Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process The role involves: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
