CNC mill setter-operator — Ori Ire

Great opportunity: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Ori Ire, Oyo State. You will work in a die and mould making unit. Day to day you will apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters. What we are looking for: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
