Join our team: we are hiring a line cook in Laramie County, Wyoming. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. On the job you will handle: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Meals and transport allowance provided.
