Trainee butcher — Tattnall County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Tattnall County, Georgia. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. Day-to-day duties: • Season and marinate meat on request • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Pay around $30 per hour, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
