Ideal candidate: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts On a typical shift you will pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
