Urgent requirement: single needle operator (Tennessee)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a single needle operator in Clay County, Tennessee. You will be based in a textile and apparel unit. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams On a typical shift you will operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $180 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
