Fabricator-welder — Tillamook County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Tillamook County, Oregon. Your main tasks: • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle You should have: • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection Pay around $4,000 per month, based on your experience.
