Powder coater — Cass County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coater in Cass County, Minnesota. Your main tasks: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
