Great opportunity: we are hiring a fry cook in Elmore County, Alabama. You will work at a cloud kitchen. You will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Full-time with occasional weekends.
