Now hiring: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Morgan County, Missouri. On a typical shift you will tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through. Ideal candidate: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection Six days a week, one day off.
