Now hiring: we are hiring a render and set plasterer in Fountain County, Indiana. You will work in a refurbishment property. Requirements: • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish On a typical shift you will mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work.
