Ideal candidate: • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain The role involves bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
