Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dogger in Bullitt County, Kentucky. Requirements: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather On a typical shift you will check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
