Kitchen steward wanted in Powell County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Powell County, Kentucky. On a typical shift you will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
