Now hiring: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in La Paz County, Arizona. Day-to-day duties: • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects We offer $210 per day plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
