What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota Your main tasks: • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
