Canteen cook wanted in Columbia County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a canteen cook in Columbia County, Georgia. The job is at a fast-food outlet. You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Day-to-day duties: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift 4+ years on the tools preferred.
