You should have: • Willing to travel between sites • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane On a typical shift you will measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience.
