System formwork carpenter — Hughes County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a system formwork carpenter in Hughes County, South Dakota. You will be based on a busy high-rise construction site. Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts On the job you will handle: • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
