Requirements: • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination Your main tasks: • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
