Press operator • Mercer County, Pennsylvania

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a press operator in Mercer County, Pennsylvania. You will work in a metal fabrication workshop. Your main tasks: • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting Requirements: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred Six days a week, one day off.
