Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure On a typical shift you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces.
