Turning centre operator wanted in Emery County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Emery County, Utah. The role involves: • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes What we are looking for: • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $3,400 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
