Abattoir worker • Braxton County, West Virginia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Braxton County, West Virginia. The job is in a meat processing plant. Day-to-day duties: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
