Back-of-house cleaner • Pike County, Arkansas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Pike County, Arkansas. You will work in a catering unit. What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Day to day you will restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass.
