We are recruiting: presser (New Mexico)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a presser in Hidalgo County, New Mexico. You will work at a textile finishing unit. You will press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts. Requirements: • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
