Turning centre operator wanted in Calhoun County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Calhoun County, Florida. You will work in a tool room. Ideal candidate: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls Day-to-day duties: • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
