Join our team: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Green County, Wisconsin. You will work on an industrial construction site. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) The role involves: • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
