Short order cook • Dundy County, Nebraska

Vacancy available: we are hiring a short order cook in Dundy County, Nebraska. On the job you will handle: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
