Halal butcher wanted in Caldwell County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a halal butcher in Caldwell County, Texas. You will work in a meat processing plant. You will break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $5,300 per month plus benefits.
