Concrete finisher wanted in Chilton County

Now hiring: we are hiring a concrete finisher in Chilton County, Alabama. You will work in a residential housing project. Your main tasks: • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing What we are looking for: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods Full-time, day shift.
