Lifting rigger — Simpson County

Join our team: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Simpson County, Kentucky. You will take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads. Requirements: • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
