Groundsman • Vale of Glamorgan, Wales

Immediate opening: we are hiring a groundsman in Vale of Glamorgan, Wales. On a typical shift you will operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters; weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe; cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs; apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds. What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors 2+ years on the tools preferred. £1,750 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
